We have made the decision to discontinue sending text messages informing patients when their repeat medication is ready for collection. This decision will improve efficiencies as text messages are manually typed by a dispenser which is very time consuming. Text messages will continue to be sent to patients when ”on the day” prescriptions are issued by a clinician. Please allow 5 working days to collect any pre-ordered medication.
