Medical Records

Part of your medical record can now be accessed online. There is a basic level which gives your medications and any allergies that you may have and this is called your summary information. There is also a more detailed level which gives all your coded entries and any blood test results. This requires a further consent form to be able to access and is available at the discretion of your general practitioner. There are also restrictions about parental access to children’s records and from the age of 13 children can take responsibility for their own records.
For further information about online access please click on the link at the bottom of the page. To register for either the summary information or the detailed coded records please click on the links at the bottom of the page.
